    They tell you get money up to 3000 same day till after they send the request and then tell you it takes 24hrs to take effect. Been past 24hr still nothing I feel if they are going to use as a marketing tool they should do as they say not made you wait. If I knew this would've cooked elsewhere for free since I still have to wait plus $395 for a 20min prep service outrageously priced. Is give this place zero starts if it was possible.

    In early 2016 this location had a massive layoff and have yet to hire any additional personnel . There have been months where the window was closed due to there not being enough employees to cover the window and the people inside. Now a days when I go in there will be only one teller that is working, that now has to cover the window and the people inside. This particular branch is anti-military, weird considering it is a navy town. The manager has told all employees to refuse the use of navy or any form of military ID as identification. Customer service has told me that the manager is the one to blame for this and she has been reprimanded for it.

    I lived there for almost two years. Its so bad. The apartment we got, was dirty and to get anything fixed you had to call ten times or more. We moved in and had a tree stump in our "backyard" they said they would removed it soon. A year later, after I called and facebook message them. They finally removed it. Then didnt fix the fence for weeks. I had to use duct tape to fix the fence. They charge you so much for moving out. Cleaning fees... When they dont clean..... We ended up having to pay $500 to move out. Dont live here. its horrible
