- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Emmanuel Lutheran Daycare is a great place for all to insure that their children are safely and lovingly taken care of. They have extended hours (5:30 am to 9:00 pm) which make it available for almost all working parents, are partnered with The Department of Early Learning and accept children from all social-economic backgrounds. The parent-childcare agreement is clear to all, and covers all aspects of billing, parent/child expectations, and childcare to parent communication.
